Royal Windsor’s Best of British Festival is back and is set to be bigger and better than ever. The racecourse is pulling out all the stops this June to celebrate 150 Years of Racing with top acts and family entertainment. From Saturday 25th until Monday 27th June, the racecourse aims to thrill visitors of all ages with an exciting variety of entertainment and racing.
Saturday will celebrate the men with ‘Gentlemen’s Day’. There will be a ‘best dressed’ competition for guys to enter, an exhilarating seven race card plus a live DJ set from Vernon Kay to keep racegoers entertained late into the evening. Gates open at 12.10pm with the first race at 2.05pm.
Children of all ages will be delighted to attend the Legoland Windsor Resort Family Fun Day at the racecourse on Sunday 26th which offers a plethora of activities including a fun fair, pony rides, face painting and of course – lots of Lego. Gates open at 11.45am with the first race at 1.45pm.
The Monday evening will play host to jazz musicians from the famous London venue, Ronnie Scott’s. The evening promises to be a fabulous night of racing, top class jazz and excellent food and drink. Gates open at 3.55pm, followed by a seven card of flat races. Music starts at 9.00pm.
Other events coming up at Royal Windsor Racecourse include US Independence Racenight with live music from The Boss UK (tribute act) on Monday 4th July and Cuban Racenight with live music from Los Cabrones (Cuban band), Cuban food, on Monday 11th July.

Royal Windsor Racecourse hosts 27 meetings across the year and has a variety of popular Monday evening fixtures running through the season from April – October, as well as feature days which include Gentlemen’s Day, family days and live concerts across weekends, bank holidays and afternoons.
