From a limited-edition pièce de résistance burger to tri-colour marshmallows, Raymond Blanc’s Brasserie Blanc have pulled out all the stops this year to celebrate Bastille Day.
Brasserie Blanc has created the Boeuf Burger’gnon – a limited-edition special burger which combines the much-loved pub classic with the traditional French classic of Boeuf Bourguignon (said to be one of Raymond Blanc’s favourites). We challenge you to resist indulging in the Boeuf Burger’gnon with its tender beef burger topped with onion rings, crispy bacon, tomato and a rich red wine bourguignon sauce (£15).
This bit of French fun is inspired by the street food influence hitting the restaurant scene at the moment. It’s the perfect burger to celebrate the national holiday in Raymond’s French homeland.
To celebrate further finish off on a sweet note with an assortment of homemade bleu, blanc, rouge marshmallows (£3) in the colours of the French flag.
Enjoy the taste of France from the 8th through to 19th July at all Brasserie Blanc restaurants around the country and for one day only, guests who wear red, white et bleu will get half off their burger and fries (£7.50) on Bastille Day (14th July).
