Bonapeti MealIf you adore the freshness, colour and zingy flavours of modern Middle Eastern, Asian, Mediterranean and Latin American dishes, then the imaginative menu from Bonapeti will be a real temptation. Bonapeti specializes in creating impressive restaurant quality, plant-based dishes, which are delivered super-fresh and chilled to your door. There are meat and fish options on the menu too. Look out for some of London’s brightest new chef names, guesting at Bonapeti. Nutritious mains are priced around £10 and desserts from £3.50, plus just £5 per delivery. They are freshly made on the day in the Bonapeti kitchen and require just a few minutes for you to heat up. Orders can be taken for same-day delivery at no extra cost. Bonapeti launches for deliveries initially in central, West, North West & South West London postcodes, and also welcomes collection from its Battersea kitchen. Delivery will expand across London in 2015, then to key UK cities.

Bonapeti is an inspiring new choice for both meat and non-meat eaters. It offers a convenient and affordable solution for people who want an easy-to-order, filling meal, instead of having to go out to a restaurant. It is just as thrilling for original dinner parties with flavours that are all the fashion right now. The Bonapeti chefs have refined their skills in top restaurants which are well known for this popular, modern and sophisticated style of cuisine such as Ottolenghi, Terre à Terre, and Michelin starred restaurants including The Fat Duck.

Head chef Sam Pryor and his team use the highest quality seasonal ingredients to create a striking mix of colours, bright robust flavours and textures. All Bonapeti food comes from sustainable sources; local and British where possible. The freshness and quality of the produce is what gives Bonapeti food its exceptional taste. Rest assured that there are no ‘bad’ ingredients (no extra salt, sugar, nor chemicals which are typically found in ready meals). Bonapeti dishes are suitable for vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians, or omnivores. The menu indicates where dishes are wheat, gluten or dairy-free, vegan, low carb, sugar, soya or nut-free, or no bake / raw. It does not involve a fad diet or detox programme.

The Bonapeti menu changes regularly and seasonally, and the selection of two main courses, one side and one dessert, changes daily. Imagination, meticulous sourcing of ingredients, complex and careful preparation, and dishes that catch your eye are all at the heart of Bonapeti dishes. Meat eaters will be delighted to try the adventurous, wholesome and substantial Bonapeti cuisine as an alternative to a regular meat meal too, but a selection of meat and fish dishes are also offered. There are vegan options, raw dishes, and ‘free-from’ dishes for those wanting to avoid wheat, gluten, dairy and nuts.

SLOAN! Magazine was pleasantly surprised that the vegetarian 3-course meal tasted so good. The dishes were interesting enough for us not to miss the lack of meat and each dish tantalised the taste buds with great combinations of flavours and textures. The freshness of the ingredients was immediately noticeable and the fact they are organic and come from sustainable sources adds to the feel-good factor one gets from Bonapeti. We were pleased to learn that Bonapeti meals come in 100 percent environmentally friendly, biodegradable packaging and the specially designed chill box is lined with thermal sheep wool.

Bonapeti founder Howard Beale’s own preference for a plant-based diet led him to set up Bonapeti. He adds, “The Bonapeti menu focuses on superior freshness, taste, quality, variety, and convenience. We believe that eating more locally sourced and sustainable plant-based food, and organic wherever possible, is the key to a healthy diet and planet. Most important, we make it easy to order and affordable.

“I chose to switch to a mostly plant-based, low sugar, wheat, yeast, dairy and gluten-free diet and was amazed by the results. Along the way, I discovered stunning new tastes, textures and combinations; food that excites your senses and leaves you feeling great. Bonapeti aims to share this taste adventure with as many people as possible”.
