The new aged expressions now feature a new look logo and packaging design to reflect the brand’s deeply rooted heritage. The new logo, the Grant family monogram, now stands proudly on the front of each bottle and features the letters ‘J’, ‘R’ and ‘G’. ‘J’ for James ‘The Major’ Grant and ‘R’ for his first wife Rose. Each of the expressions also now carries its own distinctive colour palette to reflect the different dram varieties available to be enjoyed by whisky lovers far and wide.
Founded in 1840 by brothers John and James Grant in Rothes, Speyside – Scotland’s premier region for whisky production, Glen Grant boasts a remarkable, unique double distillation process, which sets it aside from the competition distinguishing the brand. Created using innovative tall, slender stills and revolutionary purifiers, introduced over a century ago by the ingenious James ‘The Major’ Grant, son of founder James Grant, and still used to this day, to capture only the finest vapours, resulting in the elegant and seductively smooth taste for which Glen Grant is renowned.
Glen Grant is currently the world’s number 5 selling single malt Scotch whisky and holds a range of prestigious industry awards, including being awarded Jim Murray’s Best Single Malt Scotch: 10 Years and Under for four years in a row and Single Malt of the Year (Multiple Casks) for 2016.
