PUSH @ The Hoxton: The UK’s first day-long re-bootcamp in the City!

SLOAN! Magazine spoke to Cate Murden of PUSH Mind & Body who shared with us news about the exciting London event they have planned at the end of May.

We combine high-intensity exercise and clean eating with nutrition, mindfulness and coaching to give you all the tools you need to live a better life. Now, in brilliant news, we have teamed up with our friends at the Hoxton Hotel Holborn to bring you PUSH @ The Hoxton!”

What makes this event unique is that attendees will experience everything people love about PUSH in a day on our doorstep here in London. We asked Cate why PUSH chose the Hoxton Hotel in Holborn as the venue for their one-day London re-bootcamp. She said, “The Hoxton Hotel is PUSH’s perfect partner – they’ve ripped up the rulebooks of hotels, just like we’ve ripped up the rulebooks of traditional bootcamps!”

PUSH @ The Hoxton Holborn will run Saturday 30th May and will be a day event, starting 9.30am and running through until 5.30pm. The day will be jam-packed with a mix of training and coaching sessions, including their amazing new celebrity trainer, Natalie Summers. Nat brings to the PUSH team a wealth of passion, enthusiasm and knowledge, delivering success to her clients, who range from rehabilitation patients to globally recognised television personalities, premiership footballers and gold-medal winning Olympians. Most notably, Nat is Bear Grylls personal trainer and it’s her training which has helped him to tackle some of his toughest challenges.

Here’s what Nat had to say about being part of the PUSH team: “I’m really excited to be joining the PUSH team and sharing my 10 years worth of experience to help people have all of the tools that they need to live better”

Also present at the London re-bootcamp will be the PUSH trainer Tom Eastham. Having trained the London Irish Rugby Team, Tom is hugely experienced and understands how to keep a group motivated and adapt sessions – regardless of levels or capabilities. Tom is known to be an outstanding trainer and makes every session enjoyable and feels totally personal to you. Most importantly, he will push you to get the results you want and quickly.

Cate ended by saying, “It will be an incredible day, which is the perfect kick-start to shedding weight, toning up and feeling brilliant for summer. We promise, even after such a short amount of time, you will leave lighter, happier and re-energised with a really different view of life.”
