This summer, five Michelin-starred chefs will elevate the senses with a series of evening banquets in celebration of the newly launched S.Pellegrino Itineraries of Taste – a global platform dedicated to exploring the very best in food, style and design across the world. Over the course of ten weeks, S.Pellegrino invites you to come on a journey of exploration and discover your Itineraries of Taste at Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge and Edinburgh.
From July to September, diners will be able to indulge in innovative and creative menus developed by critically acclaimed chefs Claude Bosi of Bibendum, Chris Denney of 108 Garage, Lee Westcott of Typing Room, Marianne Lumb of Marianne and Edinburgh chef TBC. Each chef will explore their own Itineraries of Taste through a menu that showcases their unique culinary journey into the world of gastronomy.
S.Pellegrino, the ambassador of Italian culture and style – synonymous with fine dining – will transform the Harvey Nichols Terraces into Italian piazzas, capturing the convivial nature of Italian cuisine as guests discover how to live life in good taste.
In addition to the banquets, guests can dine from a bespoke menu, created by Harvey Nichols chefs, each day of the residency. Served with a complimentary bottle of S.Pellegrino, the menu will offer typical Italian delicacies, evoking warm Italian summers.
