To support Breast Cancer Awareness month, The Salt Room will be donating £1 from every ‘Taste of the Pier’ dessert sold to charity throughout the month of October.
This showstopper dessert, created by Executive Head Chef Dave Mothersill, is an enticing array of seaside treats to share. It includes cookies & cream ”99”, candyfloss, marshmallows, doughnuts, salted caramel ice cream and chocolate pebbles. Served on a wooden board that has been rescued from the old West Pier, this playful dessert will be sure to keep customers coming back time and again!
